Read the eligibility criteria for care and support from us, and the criteria for getting help to pay for your care.

Answer a few questions to find out if you're likely to qualify for care or help to pay for it, and request a care needs assessment after you get your results.

Once we've agreed your care plan, we'll ask you to complete a financial assessment to work out what you’ll need to pay for any care or support that you’re eligible for.
