Please do visit to look at the FREE coats, shoes, hats etc that we have available for collection for children age 0-11 years.

Growbaby 

Surbiton organisation Growbaby provides good quality, new and second-hand, baby clothes and equipment (up to 5 years), completely free of charge, to anyone who needs it, regardless of their income, background, or faith.  We accept baby clothes and equipment from anyone who chooses to donate; we simply ask that potential donors ensure that they are in excellent, clean condition.

The Family Fund

Helps families with disabled children - if a child or young person has additional clothing needs, for example, if they go through clothes quickly, or their clothing is frequently damaged.

Free School Meals

Did you know that you can apply for free school meals at any time?

If you qualify and your child is established on free school meals by March 2023 they will continue to receive free school meals until the end of their current phase of education - that means end of primary or secondary school - even if you no longer meet the criteria. So apply NOW.

Free Childcare from 15 to 30 hours a week for 3 and 4 years old

There is a universal entitlement for all children of 3 and 4 years old, but this can be extended to 30 hours a week for working families who are eligible.

NHS Healthy Start 

A Healthy Start Card will help with buying healthy food and milk. You may be eligible if you are more than 10 weeks pregnant or have a child under 4 years old. 

You must be receiving any of the following:

  • Child Tax Credit;
  • Income Support;
  • Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance;
  • Pension Credit;
  • Universal Credit.
