From March 6th the 'my account' feature on the website is no longer available.
We are working to improve our online services and 'my account' users will now be able to access the same services without the need to log in. These can be easily found on the homepage of the website under 'pay', 'request', 'apply' and 'report'.
You can still view council tax accounts by logging in with your council tax account number, the surname of the account holder and the property's postcode.
The only feature that is no longer available is the ability to see unresolved online requests for services.
