In line with other privately owned car parks in Kingston and the surrounding areas, Eden Walk will be introducing charging to Blue Badge Holders from 16 February 2009. (Shopmobility users will continue to benefit from free parking within the Shopmobility area).

- Equality Scheme
Under the Disability Discrimination Act 2005 all public bodies have a duty to promote disability equality, and had to produce a Disability Equality Scheme by 4 December 2006. Kingston produced a generic equality scheme, covering race, disability and gender equality along with other equalities issues.
