If you receive a Parking Ticket (Penalty Charge Notice)

You have until 28 days from the date of issue of the ticket to pay before we take any further action to recover the charge.

If you pay within 14 days of the date of issue of the ticket you will be entitled to a 50% discount off the cost of the ticket. If you pay after 14 days but before the 28 days have been completed then you will have to pay the full charge.

How to Pay for you Parking Ticket

You can pay for your Parking Ticket online, by post, by telephone or in person.

You can use your credit and debit card to make a payment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by telephone.

If the above number is unavailable you may call 020 8547 1333 to use this service. This facility is open from Monday to Saturday excluding Bank and Public Holidays between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm (3.00pm on Saturdays)

Please note we do not accept American Express; Visa Electron or Solo cards for payments via the telephone. Payment by credit card using this facility will not incur a card company surcharge.

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, credit or debit card (not American Express) at the Parking Shop. The Parking Shop can be found at:-

Please note we do not accept American Express cards for payments in person. Payment by credit card will not incur a surcharge at present.

You may make payment by cash, a crossed cheque or postal order.

Cash should only be sent by Registered Post.

Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to Kingston Corporation. Please write the PCN number (KT…………..) on the back of the cheque or postal orders.
