Report a Missed Recycling Collection
Before reporting your recycling as a missed collection, please make sure that your green box contains only recyclable items. Unfortunately, Kingston Council cannot currently accept broken glass, shredded paper, cardboard and plastics other than plastic bottles. If your box contains these items, it will not be collected. Items should be separated either using different green boxes or plastic bags.
