Report a Missed Bin
If your refuse has not been collected on the correct day, the contractor should collect it within 24 hours of you reporting it as a "missed" collection. If you are unsure about your collection day, you can check this and other related information using the Local Information Search on this site. If you have a separate query relating to refuse, please contact the Customer Care team on 020 8547 5560 or by email at environment@rbk.kingston.gov.uk. They can also advise on recycling.
