For some services, such as adult social care and parking penalty notice appeals, there are different arrangements.
In all cases we will treat your compliment, comment or complaint seriously and investigate the issues you raise as quickly and objectively as possible.
We record all compliments, comments and complaints and use the information collected to improve our services.
