

The Customer Contact Centre has recently undergone a major transformation programme and National Customer Services week was an ideal occasion to showcase the new operations.

This special week helped to raise the profile and importance of excellent Customer Services. It has also proved to be a great way to boost within the Customer Contact Centre and across the council. It is also a great opportunity for staff working in the Customer Contact Centre to raise their profile both internally and externally.
Thank you for your nominations. The Customer Services Champion Award Panel, which includes representatives from both within and outside of the Council. In reaching their decision the panel took careful consideration of the job role and the level of 'added value' given by the team or individual.
