How to make a complaint, a comment, or sort out a problem
There may be times when you want to comment on a good service, or suggest how we could improve things.
Sometimes things go wrong. When this happens, you may want to complain and be sure that we take your complaint seriously.
You can use the online comments or complaints form. You may want to report a fault such as a street light which doesn’t work, or a broken pavement slab.To do so contact us by phone (020 8547 5929) or using an online form.

You can arrange to see the person responsible for providing the service. Please make an appointment to make sure that you see the right person and that you have enough time to go over the details of your complaint.
