We want everyone living , studying, working or visiting the Royal Borough of Kingston to have a good experience in the borough. The Council as an employer and service provider understands the responsibilities and obligations it has for the diverse communities and wants to make sure that it is working to meet those needs. An Equality and Community Cohesion Strategy has been drafted. This sets out the Council’s vision and commitment to equality and community cohesion.
