Avicam Homes Limited is proposing to demolish the existing house at 22 Neville Avenue and build three houses on the site. Both Infants’ and Junior’s schools strongly object to this proposal because:one of the houses will only be 1 meter from the boundary of the open air swimming pool at the closest point; of child protection issues and staying safe;windows at plot 1 looking towards the school and the swimming pool, could be added at later date, without planning permission needed;the development will have an overbearing impact on our surroundings, and loss of trees; and, around 7 years ago, Kingston Council paid £50,000 for an acoustic fence to reduce the noise heard by the then resident. This fence will now be insufficient and there will be a further issue of noise.
