Commencing at a point where Villiers Avenue crosses the Hogsmill River; thence north-wards along the ward boundary and Villiers Avenue to the junction with Hawks Road; thence northeastwards along Hawks Road to the junction with Cambridge Road: thence southeastwards along Cambridge Road to Boundary Close: thence southwards along Boundary Close; thence generally southwards across the sports ground to the Hogsmill River and the ward boundary; thence westwards along the river and ward boundary to the point of commencement.

Commencing at the point where the Kingston/New Malden railway line crosses Queen Elizabeth Road; thence eastwards along the ward boundary and the railway line to Gloucester Road; thence southwestwards along Gloucester Road to the junction with Cambridge Road; thence northwestwards along Cambridge Road to the junction with Hawks Road; thence southwestwards along Hawks Road to Fairfield South; thence follow the ward boundary generally northwards to Fairfield Road; continue northwards along the eastern boundary of Fairfield Recreation Ground to the west of Minerva Road to Queen Elizabeth Road; thence northwards along Queen Elizabeth Road to the point of commencement.

Commencing at the point where the Kingston/New Malden railway line crosses Gloucester Road; thence southeastwards along the railway line and the ward boundary to a point northeast of St John’s Road; thence generally southwards to meet St John’s Road; thence southwards along St John’s Road to Kingston Road; thence westwards along Kingston Road to California Road; thence along California Road and generally southwards across the sewerage works to the Hogsmill River; thence northwestwards along the river to an area south of the sports ground and Boundary Close; thence northwards across the sports ground and along Boundary Close to Cambridge Road; thence northwestwards along Cambridge Road to the junction with Gloucester Road; thence northeastwards along Gloucester Road to the point of commencement.
