Commencing at a point where the Kingston/New Malden railway line crosses the western borough boundary continue eastwards along the railway line until Queen Elizabeth Road; thence southwards along the ward boundary and Queen Elizabeth Road to London Road; thence continue southwards across London Road and east of Caversham Road to Fairfield Road; thence eastwards to the eastern boundary of Fairfield Recreation Ground; thence southwards along the eastern boundary of Fairfield Recreation Ground to Fairfield South; thence westwards along Fairfield South to Orchard Road; continue westwards along Orchard Road to Brook Street; thence northwards along Brook Street to Eden Street; thence generally westwards and then southwards along Eden Street to High Street; continue southwards and westwards to meet the borough boundary to the south of Charter Quay; thence northwards along the borough boundary to the point of commencement.

Commencing at the point where the western boundary of Norbiton Ward meets Villiers Avenue continue southwards along the ward boundary and Villiers Avenue until the Hogsmill River: thence generally eastwards along the Hogsmill River until the Surbiton/ Waterloo railway line; thence southwestwards along the railway line to Lower Marsh Lane; thence westwards along Lower Marsh Lane until Lingfield Avenue; thence westwards along Lingfield Avenue to Beaufort Road; thence along Beaufort Road until the junction with Fassett Road; thence northwards along Fassett Road until Grove Crescent; thence northwestwards along the southern part of Grove Crescent to the junction with Penrhyn Road; thence northwards along Penrhyn Road to Orchard Road; thence eastwards along Orchard Road to Fairfield South; continue eastwards along Fairfield South to the point of commencement.

Commencing at a point on the western borough boundary south of Charter Quay: thence generally northeastwards to High Street; thence northeastwards along High Street and Eden Street to the junction with Brook Street; thence southwards along Brook Street to Penrhyn Road; thence southwards along Penrhyn Road to the southern junction with Grove Crescent; thence southeastwards along Grove Crescent to Fassett Road continue southwards along Fassett Road to the junction with Beaufort Road; thence follow the ward boundary southwestwards along Beaufort Road and Maple Road to the junction with St Leonard’s Road: thence westwards along St Leonard’s Road to the borough boundary; thence northwards along the borough boundary to the point of commencement.
