Commencing at the south western point of Coombe Hill Ward where Gloucester Road crosses the Kingston/New Malden railway line: thence follow the ward boundary north-wards along Gloucester Road to the junction with Coombe Lane West: thence eastwards along the ward boundary and Coombe Lane West to the junction with High Drive; thence southwards to the junction with Clarence Avenue; thence westwards to the junction with Myrtle Grove; thence in a southwards direction to the rear and west of properties in Myrtle Grove and to the rear and east of properties in Long Walk; thence continue southwards across Pleasant Road to the ward boundary; thence northwestwards along the ward boundary and railway line to the point of commencement.

Commencing at the point where Coombe Lane West meets High Drive continue northeast-wards along the ward boundary to the junction with Traps Lane: thence southwards along the ward boundary and Traps Lane; continue southwards along Coombe Road until the junction with Woodside Road; thence generally westwards and northwards to the rear and south of properties in Woodside Road to the junction with Clarence Avenue; thence westwards along Clarence Avenue until the junction with High Drive; thence northwards along High Drive until the point of commencement.

Commencing at the point where Coombe Road meets the Kingston/New Malden railway line continue southwestwards along the ward boundary and the railway line to a point south of Long Walk where it meets PD ‘S’; thence northwards across Pleasant Road; thence continue northwards to the rear and east of properties in Long Walk and the rear and west of properties in Myrtle Grove until Clarence Avenue; thence eastwards along Clarence Avenue until the junction with Woodside Road; thence generally southwards and eastwards to the rear and south of properties in Woodside Road until the junction with Coombe Road; thence southwards along Coombe Road until the railway line and point of commencement
