Commencing at a point where the south eastern corner of Tudor Ward meets Queen’s Road; thence in a northeastwards direction along the borough boundary to the junction with Ladderstile Ride; thence southeastwards across Kingston Hill and down Warren Road until the junction with George Road; thence northwestwards along George Road until the junction with Kingston Hill; thence southwestwards along Kingston Hill until the junction with Queens Road; thence northwards along Queens Road and the ward boundary until the point of commencement.

Commencing at a point where Ladderstile Ride meets the northern borough boundary; thence northeastwards following the borough boundary to Roehampton Vale; thence generally southwards along the borough boundary to the southern boundary of Coombe Hill Golf Course; thence generally westwards following the southern golf course boundary; thence continue westwards to the north of Golf Club Drive and the south of Edgecoombe Close to the junction with Warren Road; thence northwestwards along Warren Road to the point of commencement

Commencing at the southern point of Queens Road at the junction with Kingston Hill: thence northeastwards along Kingston Hill until the junction with George Road; thence southeastwards along George Road until the junction with Warren Road; thence southwards along Warren Road to the junction with Coombe Lane West; thence westwards along Coombe Lane West and the ward boundary until the junction with Gloucester Road: thence southwards along Gloucester Road to the Kingston/New Malden railway line; thence northwestwards along the railway line to Wolverton Avenue; continue northwards along Wolverton Avenue to the junction with Kingston Hill and the point of commencement
