Commencing at a point on the westward borough boundary by Mansfield Road; thence follow the borough boundary southwards to the area north of Fairoak Lane; thence follow field boundaries in a generally northeastwards direction to the north of the junction of Leatherhead Road with Chalky Lane: thence in a generally northeastwards direction to meet the Chessington South railway line: thence northwards along the railway line to Bridge Road; thence westwards along Bridge Road and Mansfield Road and the ward boundary to the point of commencement.

Commencing at a point where the Chessington South/Waterloo railway line crosses Bridge Road; thence southwards to the end of the railway line; thence eastwards following field boundaries to the eastern borough boundary; thence northwards along the borough boundary to the northern ward boundary to the north and rear of properties in Angus Close; thence westwards along the north and rear of properties in Angus Close until Chantry Road; thence southwards and westwards along Chantry Road to the junction with Roebuck Road; thence northwestwards between No 1 Roebuck Road and No 61 Chantry Road to the north and rear of properties Nos 1 to 61 Chantry Road; thence westwards along the rear and north of said properties; thence southwestwards between No1 Chantry Road and No 52 Mount Road; thence southwards along Mount Road and across Moor Lane to the junction with Bridge Road; thence westwards along Bridge Road to the point of commencement.
