Commencing at a point where the south western boundary of Tolworth and Hook Rise Ward meets the A3 on the borough boundary: thence southwestwards along the borough boundary to Mansfield Road: thence eastwards along Mansfield Road and the ward boundary to the junction with Hook Road; thence northwards along Hook Road to a point north of King Edward’s Recreation Ground and south of King Edward’s Drive; thence follow the ward boundary generally in a west/north/west direction to the point of commencement.

Commencing at a point where Hook Road meets Hunters Road; thence southeastwards following the ward boundary along Hunters Road and Cox Lane; thence southwards along the Chessington South/Waterloo railway line to Bridge Road; thence westwards along Bridge Road to the junction with Hook Road; thence northwards along Hook Road to the point of commencement.

Commencing at a point where Cox Lane meets the Chessington South/Waterloo railway line follow the ward boundary eastwards along Cox Lane and the southern boundary of Tolworth Court Farm to the borough boundary; thence southwards along the borough boundary to where it meets the southern ward boundary to the south and rear of properties in Wolsey Way; thence westwards along the south and rear of the properties in Wolsey Way until Chantry Road; thence southwards and westwards along Chantry Road to the junction with Roebuck Road; thence northwestwards between No 1 Roebuck Road and No 61 Chantry Road to the north and rear of properties Nos 1 to 61 Chantry Road; thence westwards along the rear and north of said properties; thence southwestwards between No 1 Chantry Road and No 52 Mount Road; thence southwards along Mount Road and across Moor Lane to the junction with Bridge Road; thence westwards along Bridge Road to the railway line; thence northwards along railway line to the point of commencement.
