Commencing at the junction of Tudor Road with Queen’s Road on the western boundary of Coombe Vale Ward; thence westwards along Tudor Road to Elm Road; thence north-westwards along Cross Road until the junction with Acre Road: thence southwestwards along Acre Road to the junction with Burton Road; thence northwards along Burton Road until King’s Road; thence westwards along King’s Road until a point west and to the rear of properties in Burton Road and a point east and to the rear of properties in Thorpe Road; thence continue north along the ward boundary and the rear of properties in Burton Road and Thorpe Road; thence continue eastwards and northwards along the east and rear of properties in Archer Close and the west and rear of properties in Earle Gardens; thence exit onto Latchmere Road: thence eastwards along Latchmere Road to the junction with Park Road; thence southwards along Park Road to the junction with King’s Road; thence eastwards along King’s Road to the junction with Queen’s Road; thence southwards along Queen’s Road to the junction with Tudor Road and the point of commencement.

Commencing at a point where the Kingston/New Malden railway line crosses Clifton Road follow the ward boundary and the railway line westwards to the borough boundary; thence northwards along the borough boundary until King’s Passage; thence follow the ward boundary eastwards along King’s Passage and King’s Road until the junction with Burton Road; thence southwards along Burton Road until Acre Road; thence northeastwards along Acre Road until Cross Road; thence southwards along Cross Road until York Road; thence southwards to the rear and the east of properties in York Road and Willoughby Road to Canbury Park Road; thence eastwards along Canbury Park Road to Clifton Road; thence southeastwards along Clifton Road to the point of commencement.
