Commencing at a point where the Surbiton/Waterloo railway line meets the eastern boundary of the borough; thence southwestwards along said railway line to Coombe Road; thence northwards along Coombe Road to a point north of Golf Side Close; thence in a general northeastwards direction along Coombe Brook/southern border of Malden Golf Course; thence dipping sharply southwards to the west of Beverley Way and Ely Close; thence southeastwards to join the borough boundary south of Ely Close; thence southwards along the borough boundary until the point of commencement.

Commencing at the point where the south western boundary of Coombe Vale Ward meets the Surbiton/Waterloo railway line at Elm Road; thence southwards along Elm Road to Kingston Road; thence southeastwards along Kingston Road to Sandal Road; thence follow the ward boundary southwestwards along Sandal Road to Westbury Road; thence southwards along Westbury Road to Lynton Road; thence westwards along Lynton Road to South Lane; thence northwards along South Lane to Green Lane; thence westwards along Green Lane to the Hogsmill River: thence northwards along the Hogsmill River until the river meets the railway line; thence northeastwards along the railway line to the point of commencement.
