Commencing at a point where the southeastern boundary of Grove Ward meets the western boundary of Beverley Ward at the point where the Surbiton/Waterloo railway crosses the Hogsmill River; thence southwards along the Hogsmill River until Raeburn Avenue: thence southwestwards along Raeburn Avenue until the junction with Pine Walk; thence northwestwards along Pine Walk until the junction with Berrylands; thence south-westwards until Berrylands meets King Charles Road; thence northwards along King Charles Road until King Charles Road crosses the railway line; thence eastwards along the ward boundary and the railway line until the point of commencement.
