Commencing at a point where the southeastern boundary of Berrylands Ward meets the southwestern boundary of Beverley Ward at the Hogsmill River; thence follow the ward boundary southwards along the Hogsmill River to Elgar Avenue; thence westwards along Elgar Avenue to the junction with Ewell Road; thence rejoin the ward boundary in a north-westwards direction along the Ewell Road to the junction with King Charles Road; thence northwards to the junction with Alexandra Drive; thence eastwards along Alexandra Drive to Raeburn Avenue, continue in a northeastwards direction along Raeburn Avenue to the point of commencement.
