Council Committee Agenda and Minutes
The following pages contain an online archive of agenda papers and minutes for Council, committee and sub-committee meetings dating from 1994 to present.
The agenda for a meeting sets out the decisions to be taken or issues to be discussed by a committee.
Agendas and reports are published and made available online one week before the meeting. In the case of decision making bodies (Executive, Neighbourhood Committees), the minutes of the meeting are usually available online within three working days.
The recording of meetings was implemented at the start of the 2012/13 Municipal Year.
Viewing an agenda, report and minutes
Select one of the options below to search for meeting documents by the name of the committee, the date on which the meeting was held or documents containing certain keywords (for example, 'school' or 'education').

Please note: The Council will not provide transcripts of the recordings or parts thereof as the Minutes of the meeting continue to be the official record of proceedings.
