
The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames is a ‘film friendly’ borough. We recognise the important role that filming plays in the economy, at both a national and local level, and are aware of the crucial role that the Council plays in delivering front-line services to film-makers.
We are also committed to ensuring that the benefits of filming in the borough are balanced with the need to minimise any potential disruption to residents and local businesses that location shoots can bring.
