This autumn a Homework Club is being launched to be run daily 6-8pm during term time from Piper Hall.

The club is aimed at 8-11+ year olds and will operate on a drop in basis so that children can access it themselves when returning from school.  We are currently recruiting volunteers, preferably local residents, who can offer some time during the week to help run the club.  If you would like to get involved – whether it be as a volunteer - coming in and listening to children read, helping to prepare snacks, or providing academic support, or you know someone who would like to take on the paid role of Part-time co-ordinator to run the club (15 hours per week), we would like to hear from you.
