- We will treat all callers fairly and with respect
- We answer all of our telephone calls politely, indicating to whom you are talking and which service you have contacted
- We protect your privacy and operate in accordance with the Kingston Council Privacy Charter
- We do not use voicemail on telephone numbers that are published for customers
