Ward Surgeries - Raising an issue in person
Residents can attend a local surgery to raise an issue in person with their Councillors. Many Councillors hold regular local surgeries at locations within their wards. Surgeries usually have the facility to discuss matters in private and often an appointment is not needed.

Councillor Blogs -Online Diaries of Views and Events
Some Councillors keep personal blogs - on online record of their views and activities - to help keep residents informed of their work on their behalf. Links to personal blogs are usually provided on individual Councillor's details pages.
