If you have an enquiry about your Council Tax or National Non-Domestic Rates Account, please complete the form below, telephone 020 8547 5007 or email council.tax@rbk.kingston.gov.uk.
If you wish to make a payment to your Council Tax or NNDR account, please use our online payments system. You will need to know your CouncilTax/National Non-Domestic Rates (NNDR) Account Reference Number, and will need to login or register on our site. You can also view your Council Tax Account Statement online.
Alternatively, if you have access to a telephone with a touch-tone keypad, please use the 24 hour Automated Telephone Payment System. Phone 0845 359 1111 and follow the voice prompts to enter your payment and card details via the keypad on your telephone. Please quote your Council Tax/National Non-Domestic Rates (NNDR) Account Reference Number. Calls made to this telephone number will be charged at the local rate.
Payments are accepted by Switch, Delta and Solo debit cards, and Mastercard and Visa.
