What is the Performance Plan?
The Best Value Performance Plan (BVPP) lets you know how we are doing in providing services to the people of Kingston. You can view a copy below. The BVPP shows:
- How well services have been provided in the last year
- improvements to be made over the next year
- the outcome of improvements already made and improvement reviews
- Kingston's performance in a series of statutory performance indicators (BVPI's)
