** Please note that if you wish to send multiple documents, you will need to compress (Zip) them before uploading them. Sorry, .rar and .zipx extensions are not supported. (see below for more information)

It is only possible to attach one file therefore if you have several items, such as photographs, copy of a badge or pay and display tickets, you will need to send them as one file. You could copy and paste them into a single Word document (making one file). Or you can compress them into a single Zip file. Please refer to your compression software supplier's instructions.

Please note .rar and .zipx extensions are not supported.
