Bank Holiday parking at our Multi Story Car Parks
Please note that our Multi Story Car Parks will be open at the following times on Sunday 3, Monday 4 and Tuesday 5 June:
The Bittoms – Open all three days from 7.45am – 7pm.
The Rose – Open on Sunday 3 from 10am – midnight and Monday 4 and Tuesday 5 from 7.30am – midnight.
The Cattle Market – Open on Sunday 3 from 10am – midnight; Monday 4 5am – midnight and Tuesday 5 from 7.30am – midnight.
Blagdon Road – This car park will be closed on all three days.

Parking Controls and restrictions
Report a Vehicle
Contact us if you think a member of the public has parked their vehicle in contravention of the parking regulations. Please let us know where the vehicle is located and what type of contravention has been committed. Parking contraventions include vehicles parked on school ‘keep clear’ markings and vehicles over five tonnes parked on a street or road overnight. Please call our Customer Contact Centre to request enforcement action: 020 8547 5002
If a vehicle is blocking your driveway, please contact the Police - Kingston Police Station’s number is 020 8541 1212. The Council does not have the facilities to remove vehicles.

Red Routes
We do not control parking on Transport for London's Red Routes.
These roads are controlled by Transport for London and are enforced by the Metropolitan Police Service traffic wardens. For information on the restrictions and enforcement please telephone 0845 603 4545.
