Kingston upon Thames has wonderful routes along the River Thames, as well as in Richmond Park, Bushy Park, Wimbledon Common and Horton Park, which are perfect for leisure rides.
The Royal Borough’s cycle routes have easy-to-follow direction signs and the Council has constructed special facilities and parking for cyclists along these routes. The Council is introducing further routes and facilities, as funding permits, to provide a comprehensive network.
Kingston Council have produced a map which shows all the current safe cycling routes across the borough, as well as proposed routes to be completed in the future. All the routes shown on this map form part of the London Cycle Network (LCN) and includes the Thames Cycle Route and links to other parts of the National Cycle Network.
