Please note that the events advertised on this website are for the community, and any commercial/non-community events will not be listed. Sports and dance courses etc are not classed as events and as such will also not be advertised on our website.

Please ensure that you provide a phone number and either a contact email address or a website address for more information about the event. If you cannot provide this information, your event might not be listed on the site, and unfortunately it will not be included in the monthly email newsletter.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that your submission will be added or how long it take for us to add it onto the site. During particularly busy periods, we may not be able to add your event.

You are welcome to submit an image for display on the Council website. Please send the image in .gif or .jpg format and ensure that the image is no wider or higher than 350 pixels. Note that by submitting an image you are declaring that you own the copyright of the image and give full permission for it to be displayed on the Council website.

Uploading Multiple Documents

It is only possible to upload one file therefore if you have several images you wish to send to us, you will need to compress them into a single Zip file. Please refer to your compression software supplier's instructions.
