Active Living Passport

Active Living Passports are free to residents within the Royal Borough of Kingston aged over 45.

Passport holders are:

  • rewarded for exercising with incentives and prizes
  • kept informed and supported
  • invited to special events.

Clubs and Centres participating in the Active Living Passport scheme are indicated by an asterisk ( * ) in the online Active Living Directory.

Alternatively, enquire at your local library or at participating sports and leisure centres, health clubs or sports clubs.

You can now obtain a FREE walking pack when applying for an Active Living Passport. This pack gives you the choice of walks alongside rivers, through parks, local countryside and historic Kingston. You can choose between

  • Chessington Countryside Walk
  • Hogsmill Walk
  • River Thames Walk (from Hampton Lock to Teddington Lock)
  • Richmond Park Walks
  • Kingston Royal Walkabout
  • Overview of Parks and Leisure Facilities

These maps are diagrammatic and not to scale. Why not enjoy your local scenery, get to know your neighbourhood, make friends and get active!

By walking for half an hour a day you can keep fit and active and help reduce your weight, as well as you risk of coronary heart disease, hypertension and diabetes.

Remember to wear suitable footwear and clothing and make sure you take a drink with you.
