Welcome to the Annual Report for Tenants and Leaseholders for 2011/2012. The Report provides us with an opportunity to tell you about the progress we have made in the past year and our ambitions and initiatives for the next. The Report has a particular emphasis on the Local Offer we have agreed with our tenants and leaseholders.
