Community Mental Health Teams Workplace Support workers
The community mental health teams work with Kingston residents with a diagnosis of Mental Illness. The Workplace support workers can offer advice and support to workplaces about supporting employee mental health. They also work with individuals with mental illness to provide work support, advocacy and advice.
ACAS (Advisory, conciliation and arbitration services)
ACAS provide support for employment relations and human resources.

Kingston Hospital Occupational Health Service
Kingston Hospital OH service can assist employers in the provision of;
- Counselling and psychological wellbeing services
- Mediation
- Pre-employment health assessments
- Advice on promoting wellbeing in the workplace
London Health commission
London Health Commission support businesses (particularly small and medium) to become ‘Good jobs’. They offer a host of events and workshops promoting best practices and companies who have improved their business by improving employee wellbeing.
The website contains advice, best practice research and details of upcoming events.
Access to work
Access to work is a government funded initiative which can help employers with advice and support with extra costs when employees have a health problem which impacts on their work.
