Helping You Stay Independent

Our older people's teams now include health and community care staff working together. We offer many different services and types of support to older people living in the Royal Borough. We can provide:
Before we can offer you our services we will need to talk to you about your care and support needs. This is called an assessment. We only provide services to people who have or are soon likely to have 'Critical' or 'Substantial' needs. Our leaflet called 'Helping adults keep safe and independent' tells you more about our services and how we decide who we help. (See below under 'Related Documents').
If you want to speak to someone in person for more information and advice, please contact one of our Health and Social Care Teams for older people. The Teams also provide District Nursing Services for people of all ages.
