Our minimum standards for dealing with Anti-social Behaviour
This new charter explains how we are tackling Anti-social behaviour within the borough and the minimum standards that you can expect from us as a partnership.
The Charter is being introduced as Kingston council begins delivery of enhanced contact services as part of its Customer First initiative, and has therefore been published in draft format to allow for the introduction of these new systems.
