The framework for the Unit's work is set out in our Economic Strategy. Further details of the strategy can be found within the Kingston Plan (see below, particularly Theme 2 Objective 4 - Sustain and Share Economic Prosperity).

The Kingston Plan sets out the strategic long-term vision for the economic, social, educational, cultural and environmental well-being of the local area. It sets out our vision for Kingston in 2020 and outlines what we will do as a partnership to get there. The priorities were developed during consultation and reflect what residents have said matters most to them.
