Revised Executive Arrangements
Changes need to be made to the Councilâs political management processes as a consequence of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007. The Executive in July approved a proposed process to implement the necessary changes to the Councilâs Executive arrangements based on a preferred model of the Leader and Executive. Consultations will be carried out on this model and the outcome will be reported back to the Executive in September. The Council on 24 November will be recommended to adopt the new model.
