Children's Traffic Club

picture showing the children's traffic club logoThe Children’s Traffic Club is a road safety education scheme for three to four and a half year olds.

It helps parents teach their children basic road safety skills at an early age.

Membership of the club is offered free of charge by Transport for London to children living in Greater London.

Central to the club is a series of six books designed to make road safety learning fun through colourful balloon characters, stories, and activities.

All families receive a letter from the Primary Care Trust when their child turns three years old.

The letter contains an invitation to join the club, and when they join the child receives a colourful and entertaining booklet every three months until they are four and a half years.

For more information about the Children’s Traffic Club contact 0870 010 4440 or visit the traffic club website. (see link below)
