Drivers aged between 17 and 25 are among the most likely to be involved in road traffic accidents. Some of the most common causes for accidents in this age group are speed, lack of experience, and distractions such as music or friends.
To help reduce the number of accidents in this age group, Transport for London (TfL) launched a discount scheme on PassPlus courses for young drivers, and ROSPA launched a website called Helping L Drivers.
