
You have until 28 days from the date of issue of the ticket to pay before we take any further action to recover the charge.
If you pay within 14 days of the date of issue of the ticket you will be entitled to a 50% discount off the cost of the ticket. If you pay after 14 days but before the 28 days have been completed then you will have to pay the full charge.
There are a number of ways to pay for your PCN.
You may make payment by cash, a crossed cheque or postal order.
Cash should only be sent by Registered Post.
Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to Kingston Corporation. Please write the PCN number (KT…………..) on the back of the cheque or postal orders.

Please note we do not accept American Express; Visa Electron or Solo cards for payments via the telephone.
