Applying for a Residential Parking Permit
How do I apply for a Resident Parking permit or replacement permit?
You will need to complete an application form and also:-
1. Provide proof of residence by showing us two of the documents listed below which shows your name and current address:-
- Council Tax document;
- formal Tenancy Agreement or solicitors letter;
- Driving Licence;
- Medical Card;
- Pension Book;
- Polling Card; or
- Utilities (Gas, Electric, Telephone - (not a mobile phone) bill.
- Child benefit book
2. Provide proof of vehicle ownership, which must show your name, the same address as proof of residence and vehicle registration number. Proof can be given by either:-
- the Vehicle Registration Document (V5);
- Certificate or Schedule of Vehicle Insurance showing your address;
- a recent Bill of Sale or Invoice for the vehicle (1st application only); or
- a Hire or Lease Agrement.
If you do not own the vehicle e.g. you have a company car and do not have access to the above documents, then we will require a letter confirming that you have sole use of the vehicle. This letter must be on headed paper and be signed by a Company Secretary, Director or similar official.

When you have completed your application form either take it in person or send it to the address below.
Important Note
If sending by Mail, please do not forget to include proof of residence and vehicle ownershiop with your application form. Do not Include Original Documents.
