Cashless parking is a quick, easy to use mobile phone service, which lets you pay for your parking with a credit or debit card, rather than using cash at a machine. When you park your car in an area featuring the cashless service, you simply call the number shown on the machines and pay for your parking over the phone.
With Cashless Parking:
We will be undertaking a trial in certain on-street shared use and pay and display spaces in some parts of the Borough. These will be in the Canbury (zones B&C) and Surbiton (zones R&S) areas, and you will know you can use the service when you see it advertised on the machines. Please make sure you are parked in a space where you would normally be able to use pay and display, rather than a permit holder only or other restricted space.
The trial will also cover those car parks where we allow pay and display parking. These are Ashdown Road, Canbury Place and Thameside car parks in Kingston, St Philips car park in Surbiton and the Malden Centre in New Malden.

For both the on-street and car park trials, we have selected RingGo as the service provider. RingGo currently provide their services in various locations nationally, including some non-Council operated car parks in the Borough. RingGo will be managing the service, including the registration of your vehicle and the completion of all parking transactions.
