We have provided electric vehicle recharging points in the following car parks.

• The Rose Car Park, Kingston (2 bays);
• Cattle Market Car Park, Kingston (Basement) (1 bay)
• Blagdon Road, New Malden (3 bays)

To use the above bays you must first register your vehicle at www.sourcelondon.net which provides additional information on how to use the bays. When parking a registered vehicle in one of the above bays you will receive 3 hours free parking whilst the recharge is taking place. After that, the vehicle must move to a standard parking bay and the remainder of the stay will be chargeable at the normal applicable rate. Full instructions are available within the car parks.

Additionally, there are electric vehicle recharge bays available in the following car parks around the borough :

• Fairfield NCP Multi-storey, Lady Booth Road, Kingston (4 bays)
• St. James' Road NCP Mulit-storey, Kingston (4 bays)
• Asda, London Road, Norbiton (2 bays)
• The Bentalls Centre Car Park, Wood Street, Kingston B (3 bays)
• Seven Kings Car Park, Skerne Road, Kingston.  (3 bays)

At present there are no concessions for electric or hybrid vehicles when parking on-street. This policy is being reviewed and any amendments will be posted.
