The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames second Local Implementation Plan was approved by the Mayor of London in October 2011 and adopted by the Council in December 2011.
The final version of LIP2 has been completed. The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames was the second London Borough to have their LIP approved by Transport for London for submission to the Mayor of London. The Council’s Place and Sustainability Committee must now approve LIP2 for submission to the Mayor of London for final approval. The Place and Sustainability Committee will consider LIP2 at their meeting 14 June 2011, and following approval LIP2 will be submitted to the Mayor of London.
Public consultation on the Second Local Implementation Plan (LIP2) finished on 18 February 2011; we have now compiled a scheduled outlining those representations received, RBK officer responses, and any proposed changes to LIP2 resulting from representations. We have also compiled a summary of the results from the LIP2 Consultation Questionnaire and completed the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Statement.
If you have any questions about the plan, please contact mathew.stewart@rbk.kingston.gov.uk, or telephone 020 8547 5337.
