Local Implementation Plan 2008-09 Funding Application
The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames delivered its Local Implementation Plans (LIP) Funding Application for the year 2008- 2009 to Transport for London (TfL) on 15 June 2007. The submission was a bid document with proposals and financial details set within the framework of the LIP Annual Progress Report Guidance 2008/09 – 2010/11, the Mayor’s Transport Strategy (MTS), the Borough’s own approved LIP and the policies therein.
