Wine Tasting Evening
 Enjoy a relaxed evening with friends—and learn something about wine along the way Thursday 20 November 2008 Whether you’re a wine buff on first name terms with all the Premiers Grands Crus or a novice who just knows what they like, you are guaranteed an enjoyable and instructive evening. An expert from Laithwaite’s will give a talk about wine and what to look out for. Samples of different wines will be offered for tasting and tables will be invited to decide which description best fits each wine. There will be a prize for the table getting most answers right. Why not make up a table with family and friends? Or just come along and join one of the tables we will be making up on the night. Parking near the church will be extremely limited, which is just as well because we would prefer you to leave the car at home!
