Kingston's trials for the London Mini Marathon happened on 24 February 2007 in Bushy Park.
The rain just about held off for over 80 youngsters to compete in the run of 2.5 miles. The top 8 runners from each category will represent Kingston on April 22 to run in The London Mini Marathon, a race run over the last 2.5 miles of the main marathon course.
The event was run by Kingston Sport & Recreation Services with the help of volunteers from Kingston University, The Stragglers Running Club and Bushy Park Time Trial.
A big thank you to all the volunteers and well done to all the competitors, who competed to a very high standard.
